We didn’t start in some fancy Hollywood office. We started in the wings of a theater, hearts pounding, waiting for our cues. We were the ones memorizing lines that weren’t ours, filling the stage with movement, making the world of the play feel real. Some of us were actors. Some were crew. Some just couldn’t stay away from the magic of storytelling.

Then film and television called. We stepped onto sets as extras, learning how movies come to life—not from the director’s chair, but from the background. We saw firsthand how every scene, no matter how big or small, needed people to breathe life into it. And we knew there had to be a better way for everyday people to break in.
